Common questions
Which AI video models do you actually use?
We pick per shot. Veo 3.1 and Sora 2 for cinematic hero work, Runway Gen-4 for VFX and stylised motion, Kling 3.0 for photoreal humans, and HeyGen or Synthesia for avatar-led business content. The model serves the brief, not the other way around.
How do you keep characters and products consistent across shots?
We build a reference pack at the start of the project: locked character frames, product hero shots, and brand colour swatches. Every subsequent shot is generated against those references with seed locking, the same way we approach AI branding projects.
What about hands, long takes, and other known failure modes?
We plan around them. Long sequences are cut into shorter shots and edited together, tricky hand or face work is generated with image-to-video from a locked still, and audio is layered in post rather than relied on from co-generation.
Who owns the rights to the finished video?
You do. On full payment, the master, all generated assets, the reference pack, and the underlying prompt library are yours on a perpetual royalty-free licence. We can also provide C2PA provenance metadata on request.
Can you produce avatar or presenter-led content?
Yes. We use HeyGen and Synthesia for avatar-led explainers, training content, and social ads, with clean lip sync and proper talent consent on any likeness. See recent work for examples.
How does this fit with the rest of our content?
Video usually rides alongside stills and design. We can run the motion piece in isolation, or fold it into a full campaign with photography, AI graphic design, and social cutdowns, briefed and shipped together.
